How it Works
Initial Contact
We start with photos and an inventory of what needs to clear. From there we talk through your timeline, your priorities, and the services that fit, and we can arrange an on-site walkthrough of your office or warehouse when a project calls for it.
Evaluation
Once we have seen the space, we recommend the approach that recovers the most value, whether that is resale, removal, decommissioning, or a combination. Where it makes sense, we give you a competitive purchase or removal quote up front.
Planning
After you approve the plan, we handle the logistics: scheduling, building access and elevator booking, certificates of insurance, and payment terms, all mapped to your lease deadline so nothing slips, including cross-border logistics on US projects.
Completion
Our crew handles the work on site, from disassembly and removal through resale and recycling, and settles any payment owed to you at the end. You get a clean handover and one accountable team from start to finish.
